Jennifer Paradis Behle

FOUNDER and CEO

Hau Therapeutics founder and CEO, Jennifer Paradis Behle, is an experienced CEO with 25 years of senior management experience in healthcare and management consulting.  Most recently, Jennifer held the roles of management consultant and Director at Gap International, a business performance consulting firm.  At Gap International, Jennifer served on the COO Leadership Team, led the Marketing, Strategy and Human Resource departments and was accountable for the successful delivery of Fortune 500 enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.  Prior to joining Gap International, Jennifer was Senior Offerings Manager, Product and Portfolio Management for global information services company IMS Health.  Jennifer has held client-facing development and marketing roles with Breastcancer.org, Glaxo SmithKline, Procter and Gamble, and Aetna US Healthcare.  She currently serves as Chief Executive and Board Chair of her family's foundation, the Chappell Culpeper Family Foundation.

Jennifer holds a BA from the University of Michigan, a certificate in Non-Profit Management from Duke University and an MBA with majors in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  

Jennifer serves on UNICEF USA's New York Regional Board, the Board of Trustees of The Haverford School in Haverford, PA and chairs the Revenue Committee of the Board of Directors of Breastcancer.org in Ardmore, PA.
